There is no cost to sign up or log onto the site. The only charges incurred are for obtaining specific information and documentation needed when closing on the sale of your home. Keep in mind if an escrow does not close the charges due through Homewisedocs.com are still owed and there are absolutely no refunds.
How Does the Homewisedocs.com System Work?
Level Community Management has stored financial data, HOA specific information, and your association’s governing documents into the Homewisedocs.com database for online retrieval. The data is stored in a password secured fashion and is accessed via an account created on the website and ordering system.
If you are requesting a Resale Disclosure, Resale Demand or an Association Questionnaire you will be notified via email that your request is complete. After notification that your request is complete, return to Homewisedocs.com, login and your order with any documents can be immediately downloaded to your computer.
